Primary Care for Children & Adults

What is Primary Care?

Primary care is the starting point for healthcare. This includes acute illnesses like the cold and flu or urinary infections, care for chronic conditions like diabetes or asthma, well visits or preventive visits, new symptoms regardless of what body part they pertain to, reproductive health, gender affirming care, and mental health conditions. Primary care providers can address a majority of a person’s health concerns without needing to refer them to a specialist.
